We specialize in a power yoga practice that will tone and strengthen your body. Each class starts with a warm-up, moves through a sequence of poses connected by breath, and finishes with a cool down and Savasana. We also offer Yin/Restorative, prenatal classes, and Crystal Bowl Sound Journeys. Beginners, pregnant folks, and students with current or past injuries are all welcome! Instructors will offer modifications and assistance, so all levels feel welcome and supported. INCLUDES: - 20 Class credits - Choose any combination of In-Person (indoor or outdoor) or live stream Zoom classes - Credits may be used individually or shared with a friend Location: Oakland, CA Details: 20 Class Power Yoga Package, Oakland, CA Restrictions: Subject to availability. Must be booked and used within 12 months of certificate issuance. No cash value. Can not be applied to other offerings at Left Coast Power Yoga. Certificate expires 12 months after event date.
