Name: Camila Hernandez | Age: 17 | Grade: 12th | Reseda Charter High School Title of Piece: Los Caminos De La Vida Short Description: This artwork was inspired by those who dealt with hardship, who spent most of their life working in the fields picking crops, and performing other manual labor jobs to make ends meet. Those who never lost hope and always dreamed of a better life for their families, leaving behind their culture, and memories, and having to repeat the cycle. The color green represents growth and renewal, the gold represents generosity, compassion, and golden memories created. This artwork is a celebration for people who can relate and pay some respect to someone of an age for the past that they paved. To the life they were dedicated, that should be celebrated.
